Cover photo for this piece of pressOut-of-state investment firms have traded a pair of Longmont flex buildings that are home to Cambrex Corp. (NYSE: CBM) pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

Barings LLC, a North Carolina-based global investor with a finger in the commercial real estate pot, bought the almost 80,000-square-foot campus, known as the Trade Centre, for $30 million through a holding company called TR Trade Centre LLC.

The seller was TFG Trade Centre Property LLC, an affiliate of Boston’s Tritower Financial Group LLP.
