Todd Twombly

Todd Twombly is a Partner and Director of Asset Management of Tritower. In that function, Mr. Twombly has direct responsibility for Tritower’s asset management nationwide by guiding the annual business, financial planning, operations, marketing, leasing, capitalization and construction activities. Mr. Twombly works closely with the Director of Acquisitions on new acquisitions, assisting in the negotiation of the deal, underwriting, due diligence, valuation and closing the acquisition in the Tritower’s target markets. After an acquisition, Mr. Twombly has direct responsibility for the execution of the business plan of each acquired asset. Prior to Tritower, Mr. Twombly was a Vice President with Paradigm Properties (2012-2015) where he had responsibility for a portfolio of office and industrial assets in New England and the Mid-Atlantic. As a member of the investment committee, Mr. Twombly worked closely with the CEO and CIO on acquisitions. Mr. Twombly was a principal in Development/Brokerage and Asset Management with the Sovereign Group (2003-2012) and started his career in real estate as a leasing broker with Trammell Crow (1998-2003). Mr. Twombly is a graduate of St. Lawrence University (B.A.).
