Ryan E. Bradley

Ryan Bradley is a Partner of Tritower and focuses on raising capital for Tritower’s asset acquisitions through institutional and private capital sources. Through a diverse career in commercial real estate, he has transactional experience with commercial property types ranging from office, multi-family, retail, industrial, hospitality and land. Prior to joining Tritower, Mr. Bradley was a vice president in the capital markets group of Colliers Meredith & Grew in Boston where he represented institutional clients in the financing of commercial property. While at Colliers Meredith & Grew, Mr. Bradley worked on transactions in the greater Boston region and nationally, with deals ranging from stabilized, core plus, and opportunistic assets to ground-up development, and was involved in structuring both components of the capital stack – debt (life companies, banks, CMBS, and/or debt fund/bridge lenders) and equity (large institutional funds to private capital). Prior to that, Mr. Bradley was a vice president in the brokerage services group at Transwestern (formerly Carey Winston) in Washington, D.C. where he started as an analyst. Mr. Bradley holds FINRA Series 22, 62 and 63 registrations with Tritower Real Estate Capital, LLC.
