Ryan Bradley is a Senior Vice President at Tritower. His focus is on raising capital for the company’s asset acquisitions through institutional and private capital sources. Through a diverse career in commercial real estate, he has transactional experience with commercial property types ranging from office, multi-family, retail, industrial, hospitality, and land.

Prior to joining Tritower, Ryan was a Vice President in the capital markets group of Colliers Meredith & Grew in Boston where he represented institutional clients in the financing of commercial property. Tod Brainard is a Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Tritower. His responsibilities include evaluating, structuring and implementing all aspects of Tritower’s real estate investment activities. Prior to Tritower and since 2003, Mr. Brainard was a Principal and Partner at Griffith Properties LLC where he initiated and managed the acquisition, financing, redevelopment, leasing and disposition of properties in the firm’s first three funds with properties located in the markets between Boston and Washington DC. Prior to Griffith, Mr. Brainard was a Vice President/Partner in capital raising and acquisitions at Leggat McCall Properties from 1996-2003. Before Leggat, he was a member of the Real Estate Finance Group within Investment Banking at Smith Barney, where he was involved in numerous REIT financings and portfolio asset sales. Lisa Clifford serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for investor relations at Tritower. Prior to joining Tritower, Ms. Clifford was the Managing Director of Compliance at Foreside Financial Group, LLC, an international third-party fund distributor and served sixteen years as Assistant Vice President of Compliance at Lincoln Financial Group. Prior to that, she was a Senior Analyst at Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) Advertising Regulation. Ms. Clifford participated in the FINRA Series 106 and 201 continuing education content committees for many years, and was elected to the Securities Industry/Regulatory Council on Continuing Education where she served as committee chair and Vice Chairperson of the Council during her four-year term. William W. Gribbell is a Partner, the Chief Executive Officer and President of Tritower. Mr. Gribbell has primary oversight responsibility for Tritower’s real estate syndication and property and asset management business, including asset management, acquisitions, structuring and implementing the various investment programs for Tritower Equity Partners, LLC. From 1997 through 201,1 Mr. Gribbell was an Executive Vice President of FSP Investments LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of FSP (“FSP Investments”) and a Founding Partner of Franklin Street Properties Corp., a Massachusetts-based real estate investment and management firm and publicly-traded REIT (“FSP”). During that time, he was responsible for the direct equity placement of FSP sponsored real estate investment programs and the eventual listing of the Company on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX: FSP). Todd Twombly is a Partner and Director at Asset Management of Tritower. In that function, Todd has direct responsibility for Tritower’s asset management nationwide where he guides the annual business, financial planning, operations, marketing, leasing, capitalization and construction activities. Mr. Twombly works closely with the Director of Acquisitions on new acquisitions assisting in the negotiations, underwriting, due diligence, valuation and closing the acquisition in the Company’s target markets. Upon acquisition, Mr. Twombly has direct responsibility for the execution of the business plan of each acquired asset. Prior to Tritower, Mr. Twombly was a Vice President with Paradigm Properties (2012-2015) where he had responsibility for a portfolio of office and industrial assets in New England and the Mid-Atlantic. As a member of the investment committee, Mr. Twombly worked closely with the CEO and CIO on acquisitions. Mr. Twombly was a principal in Development/Brokerage and Asset Management with the Sovereign Group (2003-2012) and started his career in real estate as a leasing broker with Trammell Crow (1998-2003).
